Group Director Food & Beverage

This role is based within London, however, the successful candidate will be required to travel frequently between our properties in Europe. Applicants should have the required travel documents to travel between the UK and our various properties within Central Europe.

We're seeking a visionary leader who can collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to curate signature restaurant and bar outlets aligned with our brand and growth strategy. This is what you're going to do
Take full accountability for the end-to-end F&B development process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with Sircle Collection's vision.
Lead negotiations and maintain fruitful partnerships with F&B management and partners.
Drive the implementation of F&B service standards across all outlets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
Craft and execute thoughtful and innovative F&B visions and concepts, presenting them to Sircle Collection's leadership and attracting potential partners to join our journey.
Stay at the forefront of F&B trends and practices, constantly innovating to keep our concepts fresh and enticing to guests.
Provide hands-on support during pre-opening stages and post-opening audits, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards.

You possess great decision-making skills coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. Furthermore, you are able to see the bigger picture and you do not shy away from challenges and change. Together with:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
At least 5 years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in creating and managing signature restaurant and bar brands.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit in the F&B industry.
Experience in leading and implementing change.
Extensive network within the F&B landscape, including relationships with local celebrity chefs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams to success in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve organizational goals and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
Flexibility to travel and work abroad as required to support our global initiatives.
