Group ESG & Sustainability Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leading healthcare and manufacturing business who are looking for a passionate and driven ESG & Sustainability Manager to help lead their business toward a cleaner, greener future.

As ESG & Sustainability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering ESG strategy and carbon reduction goals across their global operations.

You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they exceed their sustainability targets. This role will suit somebody ideally from healthcare or manufacturing with a couple of years experience within a sustainability role looking for their next step. 

Ideally this role will be based within a commutable distance to their site in either Worksop or Greater Manchester with a full hybrid model available. 

• Champion carbon reduction initiatives and deliver impactful sustainability projects

• Lead ESG data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting

• Prepare reports in line with recognised standards and frameworks

• Keep up to date with legislation, funding, and ESG best practices

• Engage and educate internal stakeholders on sustainability priorities

• Develop internal targets and drive continuous improvement in ESG performance

• Represent the business in industry and regulatory discussions

• Degree-level education (ideally in a relevant discipline)

• Proven experience in a sustainability or ESG-related role

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

• Experience in manufacturing or healthcare sectors 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling
