Group Financial Controller – SaaS

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £400–£500 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

We're recruiting an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead Group financial reporting and controls across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment while supporting continued growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead monthly Group consolidations across 4–5 entities.

* Prepare consolidated financial statements and management accounts.

* Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102 and UK GAAP.

* Manage statutory reporting and external audits.

* Support Board and investor reporting.

* Drive finance process improvements and ERP implementation.

* Support M&A activity and post-acquisition integration.

Requirements

* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

* Proven Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting experience.

* Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102 and UK GAAP.

* Multi-entity consolidation and statutory reporting experience.

* SaaS, technology or PE-backed business experience preferred.

* Available to start immediately or on short notice
