The Opportunity:

• Lead the financial integration of four operating entities into a unified group structure
• Developing group-wide systems, processes, reporting, and controls
• Shape group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
• Inspire cultural alignment while respecting each business’s unique identity
• Partnering closely with the Group MD to guide overall group strategy
• Drive change with empathy, focus, and commercial sharpness

You will need:

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership (multi-entity or group structure)
• Background in M&A, integrations, or financial transformation
• Strategic, commercially focused, and hands-on.
• Influential, collaborative leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
