Group Finance Manager

An exciting Interim Group Reporting Manager role is looking to be filled by an impressive Real Estate business who are a leader in their field. This position is newly created within a division that is being built out currently.

The role reports into the Group Financial Controller and will support in the production and review of all group reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. This position will be required to communicate with investors and stakeholders.

This role operates on a hybrid basis with 3-4 days in the Central London office.

The role;

• Preparing the Group Financial Statements, including the statutory accounts and consolidations
• Assisting the Group Financial Reporting team with other ad-hoc projects and requirements that relate to the current property developments.
• Helping to maintain and update the group finance manual in line with US GAAP and other requirements.

Experience:

• ACA Qualified
• Strong technical ability in UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS
• Previous experience working with a global business
• Experience of leading and managing relationships with other accounting departments and stakeholders
