Your new role
As Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the business, leading a team and ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. You will provide financial leadership, manage group consolidation, and drive operational efficiencies across departments.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Statutory & Group Financial Reporting - Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and group financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP. ?? Budgeting & Forecasting - Oversee the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting. ?? Strategic Financial Planning - Provide financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions. ?? Process & Systems Improvement - Drive efficiency improvements in financial processes and reporting. ?? Cash Flow & Treasury Management - Ensure strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. ?? Leadership & Team Management - Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and career development. ?? Management of Transactional Finance Team - Oversee transactional finance functions, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable,and financial reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
?Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP. ?Proven experience in statutory and group financial reporting. ?Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial strategy. ?Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance team. ?Expertise in financial systems and process improvement.
