Group Finance Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, fast-growing group in the staffing sector.

The business is scaling rapidly though both organic growth and acquisition.

They’re now looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager into a newly created role - this is a opportunity to help shape the future of the finance function during a period of significant change and growth.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
• Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
• Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Responsibility for balance sheet and fixed asset register across all entities
• Oversight of transactional finance and payroll across four entities
• Responsibility for VAT Compliance across entities
• Working with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
• Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units

What’s on offer:

• Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 plus annual bonus of £5,000
