Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Drive process improvement and automation within the finance function.
• Conduct margin and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial modelling and sensitivity analysis for new initiatives and business scenarios.

What We're Looking For:

• Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Strong commercial finance background with a proven track record.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to analyse complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
