NC Associates are supporting a global leading manufacturing business which has seen extensive growth over the past 5 years in recruiting a Group Commercial Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The Group Commercial Finance Manager will be integral in supporting the Group Financial Controller and CFO in driving the business forward especially as they go through various M&A across the globe. As a Group Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for the finance team and ensuring all activities are completed within specified time-frames. Group Commercial Finance Manager Duties.
Managing the management accounts team of 10
Group accounts presentations
Margin analysis across group
Review subsidiary accounts
Cashflow and budgets across group
Consolidation of group accounts
Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation's – Stock, debtors, creditors etc
VAT Reconciliation
Various adhoc projects, improving consolidation processes

Group Commercial Finance Manager Experience Required.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified with at least 3-5 years PQE
Proven experience of working within a fast paced and high-volume business
People management experience
Operational process experience
Stakeholder management experience
Strong excel skills
