Group Finance Systems Manager | London (Hybrid 3 days in, 2 days remote) | £80,000 - £90,000, bonus, 25 days hol, healthcare, enhanced pension | PE Backed Logistics

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving system transformation and implementation for a dynamic and growing PE Backed European group?

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Systems Manager to work at group level as well as being deployed onto new acquisitions to harmonise systems, specifically SAGE X3.

For ambitious finance systems professionals, this is a chance to work at group level, gain exposure to senior leadership, and play a key role in driving consistency and efficiency across a complex, acquisitive organisation.

We're looking for a Group Finance Systems Manager to take ownership of ERP and reporting platforms, support acquisitions, and act as the key link between finance, IT and operations. You'll ensure systems are robust, scalable, and enable the business to continue its impressive growth trajectory.

• Managing and optimising group ERP and reporting platforms.
• Onboarding acquisitions into the group finance systems.
• Supporting ERP/WMS/TMS integrations and troubleshooting.
• Developing dashboards, reports and small system customisations.
• Supporting finance teams with month-end, year-end and audit requirements.
• Training users and acting as the go-to systems expert across the group.
• Managing relationships with ERP vendors and integration partners.

• A people person - this role spans different countries, cultures and levels of stakeholders. The subject matter might be 'Techy' but this person needs to be someone who can win hearts and minds to push forward change.
• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and proven finance systems specialist.
• Strong ERP implementation experience (Sage X3 preferred, other versions of Sage also considered).
• Hands-on technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, data management) is highly desirable.
• Experience in a multi-entity or acquisitive environment is a real advantage.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, able to bridge the gap between finance and IT.
