Group Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Group Financial Accountant to join our Group Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the consolidation and reporting of financial information across the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and providing insight to senior stakeholders.

Description

• Prepare financial reports for internal and external purposes
• Conduct detailed budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform cost analysis and identify potential areas for cost reduction
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Provide financial advice to management for decision making
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry
• Ability to work in a team environment
