Group Financial Accountant

Macildowie are working with a client based in Hinckley to recruit a permanent Group Financial Accountant position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand in the manufacturing industry as a Group Financial Accountant. The business is seeking a qualified finance professional to join their dynamic team based in Hinckley. This is a permanent position with occasional travel.

You'll be joining a high-performing finance team responsible for managing all aspects of the Group's financial operations, including consolidation, reporting, transfer pricing, compliance and forecasting.
This role offers visibility across the senior leadership team, including the CFO and CEO, along with significant project exposure. Ideal for candidates coming from an audit background, this position offers a clear route into commercial finance with genuine opportunities to progress across a global structure.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Delivering consolidated management and statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Supporting global tax compliance, transfer pricing and CBCR requirements
• Leading internal audit and fraud awareness programmes
• Driving multi-functional financial projects across international teams
• Working closely with external auditors and senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist level with relevant experience)
• Background in audit or technical finance (ideally Big 4 or similar)
• Strong understanding of group consolidation, financial reporting and controls
• Agile mindset with ambition to grow into a leadership role
• Comfortable presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
