The Group Financial Accountant will play a key role within the accounting and finance department, supporting the property industry by delivering accurate financial reporting and consolidations. Description

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial reporting processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting and consolidations.
• Experience working within the property industry or a similar field.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
