And they have got to the stage where they need to bring someone in to head up their Accounts function and shape the company for the future…

This is a newly created role to work with the MD and will be a blank canvas for you to create your own role.

• Lead all financial operations across the UK and Internationally.
• Own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, providing analysis and insight to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with tax, audit, and statutory obligations across jurisdictions.
• Oversee cash flow management and support treasury operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders.
