Location: Hybrid - North West-based with weekly travel to the Midlands and Cheshire
Salary: Up to £140,000 + £10k Car Allowance + Bonus (up to 30%) + Benefits + Equity Scope

Are you a dynamic finance leader with a background in Manufacturing and a sharp eye for speed, accuracy, and delivery? A major player in the sector is looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead it's UK finance operations during a period of transformation and growth.

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role that requires a confident, hands-on leader who thrives on managing complexity, leading high-performing teams, and getting things done with pace and precision - all while bringing a good sense of humour to the table.

• Lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports within a wider UK finance structure

• Oversee group financial reporting, controls, and governance in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance across the UK business

• Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives around reporting and data quality

• Support strategic decisions with high-quality analysis and timely insight

• Contribute to a broader business journey with potential for equity participation

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing sector (essential)

• A strong track record of operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop finance teams

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver at speed without compromising quality
