Group Financial Controller

We are currently working with a market leading business based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO you will be part of the senior leadership team and take responsibility for accounts preparation and financial control for the group. Key duties will include:

- Leading and developing the central and shared service finance teams
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Management of statutory accounts and tax filing
- Managing the banking relationship
- Maintain short, medium and long term cash flow forecasts
- Work closely with stakeholders to define the 5 year plan
- Work with department heads to establish appropriate budgets
- Produce insightful reporting of head office operating spend and the group capex programme

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with proven experience in a senior financial leadership role. You will also possess strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills. Hospitality experience would be beneficial.
