SF Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing PE Backed business in Leicestershire in their search for a Group Financial Controller. The ideal Group FC will be ACA Qualified & a second or third time mover. Experience within a PE backed business is also desirable. The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the financial control, group consolidations & lead the audit.

- Lead monthly consolidation and reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Prepare board/investor packs with insightful analysis.
- Partner with treasury on cash flow forecasting and liquidity.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Provide financial challenge and align operational and strategic plans.
- Group analysis to support performance & Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the group.
- Manage financial reporting and hive-up of new acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and FCA regulations.
- Lead audits, maintain internal controls, and implement improvements.
