What You'll be doing

Lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, compliance, and consolidation
Deliver strategic financial insight to support commercial and operational decisions
Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and long-term growth
Champion best practices in financial governance and sustainability

What we are looking for

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
Proven experience in financial control, ideally in FMCG, ethical brands, or social enterprises
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Confident with financial systems and Excel
Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator
Commercially minded with a passion for sustainability and impact
