The Group have a portfolio of market leading, much loved brands and have a reputation of high quality, delicious products. The business has a rich history across their brand portfolio and are in a period of distinct growth.

Due to growth, the business is looking to hire a Group FP&A Manager for their global business.

Description

The Group FP&A Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage the preparation of budgets
• Production and review of monthly accounts and highlight risks and opportunities
• Preparation of monthly reporting pack for the SLT
• Business partner with non-finance managers to understand the levers and performance
• Complete re-forecasting processes
• Liaise with External Audit
• Support balance sheet reconciliation reviews

Profile

The successful FP&A Manager will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Demonstrable experience within FP&A within a corporate environment
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to build relationships at all levels and influence

Job Offer

The Group FP&A Manager role comes with a competitive base salary of £75,000-£85,000, plus car allowance, 10% bonus and other benefits. This role is hybrid with 3 days in office.
