Responsibilities of the Group FP&A Manager

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver robust group-wide financial planning processes including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and insightful commentary to support executive management in understanding business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of consolidated reporting across all business units.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality board packs, management reports, and presentations for senior leadership meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

What the successful candidate will bring

• Fully qualified accountant.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a large or complex organisational structure is essential for success in this role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data into clear insights that support effective decision-making are vital.
