Description

• Own the Budgeting and Forecasting - prepare and deliver detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Analyse financial performance and identify trends or variances against key business metrics.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment with financial targets and strategies.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
• Streamline and improve existing FP&A processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial analysis or planning
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and software, with a focus on improving processes.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on providing actionable insights.
• The ability to communicate complex financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
