We are seeking an experienced professional to join a leading organisation as a Group Head of Environment, Health and Safety. The successful candidate will drive EHS strategy, develop Group-wide policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation.

The key responsibilities include:

Leading the development and review of EHS policies, procedures, and guidance documents at a Group level.
Supporting delivery of EHS strategy projects aligned with organisational goals.
Conducting assurance activities and audits to maintain compliance and improve performance.
Acting as a central contact for operational teams and external stakeholders on EHS matters.
Deputising for the Group EHS Director at board and committee meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in delivering EHS improvements within hazardous environments such as ports, airports, or logistics.
Strong ability to influence and engage at senior leadership and board levels.
Sound knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required.
