Location: Feltham, Middlesex (4 days a week onsite, 1 day working from home)

My client based in Feltham are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Group Head of IT to lead technology strategy, innovation and business systems across their multisite organisation.

This is a senior leadership position with significant influence across the organisation, responsible for ensuring technology enables business growth, operational excellence, and long-term competitive advantage. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will shape and deliver the Group's IT vision while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

The Role

As Group Head of IT, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Group's technology strategy, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Working closely with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across the Group, you will identify opportunities to drive efficiency, improve customer experience, standardise systems, and support future growth.

About You

You will be an accomplished technology leader with experience operating at a senior level within a complex, multi-site organisation.

Essential Experience

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, such as Head of IT, IT Director, or Group IT Manager.
Experience developing and delivering technology strategies across multiple sites or international operations.
Strong experience with ERP implementation, transformation, or consolidation projects.
A proven background in infartsructre, networking, business systems, cloud and security.
Experience managing technology budgets and strategic supplier relationships.
Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards
