A leading international professional services platform is appointing a Group Head of Luxury Asset Services to lead and scale its global proposition across yachting and aviation. Operating at the intersection of private wealth, complex asset ownership and premium client service, this role carries significant influence, commercial responsibility and external visibility.

The role:

• End-to-end leadership of a global luxury asset services platform, covering strategy, growth and delivery
• A mandate to evolve and expand the proposition across key markets and client segments
• Senior ownership of complex, high-value mandates involving asset structuring, administration and lifecycle events
• Direct engagement with ultra-high-net-worth clients, intermediaries and industry partners
• Leadership of specialist teams across multiple jurisdictions, with scope to shape culture, standards and capability

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and deliver the global strategy for Luxury Asset Services, including market prioritisation and service development
• Drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth, supported by a disciplined, high-quality pipeline
• Lead and develop multi-jurisdictional specialist teams, establishing consistent global standards
• Ensure best-in-class governance, risk and compliance oversight across complex asset structures
• Provide senior guidance on ownership structuring, financing considerations and asset lifecycle events
• Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, advisers, brokers and industry partners
• Partner closely with Private Wealth, Corporate Services, Tax and Operations to deliver integrated client solutions
• Sponsor operational improvement and technology initiatives to support scalability and service excellence

About You:

This role will suit a commercially astute, strategically minded leader with gravitas and credibility in high-value asset environments.

• Senior leadership experience in luxury asset services, private wealth, fiduciary or related professional services
• Strong commercial track record, including origination, complex deal conversion and senior client management
• Experience leading cross-border or multi-disciplinary teams at scale
• Sound understanding of governance, regulatory and risk frameworks for high-value asset ownership
• Sector exposure to yachting, aviation or adjacent ownership ecosystems
• Confident operator with UHNW clients and senior stakeholders
• Collaborative leadership style, high integrity and an uncompromising focus on client excellence
