With a growing finance team and the opportunity to work in a busy and challenging environment as a Financial Accountant. Based in Central London with a hybrid working policy this is a fanastic opportunity to join a FTSE listed building.

Your new role

As a key member of the Financial Accounting team your role will include:

• Managing asset balance sheets and bank reconciliations
• Supporting month-end processes
• Preparing statutory financial statements and quarterly VAT returns
• Working closely with asset management teams
• Monitoring asset performance vs. business plans
• Producing regular and ad hoc internal and JV reports, including lender reporting
• Supporting acquisition and disposal processes
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and data analytics
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you need

• ACA or ACCA Qualified within a mid-size or large audit firm
• Real Estate development or investment experience
• Strong communication and relationship building
• Financial accounting and financial controls experience
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
