Job Description - Group Management Accountant

Leading and developing a team

50,00Are you looking to drive change & process improvement within an organisation whiles being a key role player within a systems implementation?

We are working with a well established business operating for 40 years who has sites all across the Midlands with their central office in Nottingham. They are showing good organic growth and wants someone to come in, lead the Management Accounts team while driving process improvement.

In a nutshell you will be responsible for:

Leading & developing the management accounts team
Producing month end management accounts
Analysis of sales & variances
Internal & external reporting
WIP / Stock
Business partnering

Qualifications:

Part qualified accountant.
Experience in the production of monthly management accounts.
Previous team management experience would be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
