We are recruiting for a Group Marketing Manager to join a successful and growing business based in Lichfield. The business is continuing to expand and is looking to strengthen its marketing function with an experienced marketeer who can take ownership of the Group’s marketing strategy and support its future growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a senior, hands-on marketing role where they can have a genuine influence on the direction of the business, working closely with senior management and key internal teams.

As a Group Marketing Manager, you will need to have/be:

* Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior B2B marketing role

* Proven experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans

* Strong commercial awareness with experience working closely with sales teams

* Experience managing multiple brands and/or business areas

* Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI

* Proven experience delivering product launches, lead generation and brand awareness campaigns

* Strong digital marketing experience, including websites, SEO, social media and email marketing

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong project management and organisational skills

* Creative, analytical and commercially focused

* Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels

* Selfmotivated, proactive and results driven

* Experience within automotive, fleet, transport, telematics or a technical B2B environment would be advantageous

Salary: Up to £45, 000 £50, 000

Working Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday

Location: Lichfield

Duration: Permanent

Role of Group Marketing Manager:

* Developing and implementing the overall Group marketing strategy

* Managing brand positioning and consistency across multiple Group companies

* Conducting market research and identifying new growth opportunities

* Managing marketing budgets, KPIs and ROI

* Developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies

* Managing website development, SEO and online visibility

* Managing email marketing and social media campaigns

* Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns

* Leading new product launches

* Developing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, presentations and promotional materials

* Working with external agencies on PR, video and creative projects

* Planning and managing exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and customer events

* Working closely with Sales, Product, R&D and operational teams

* Building relationships with industry associations, customers, partners and suppliers

* Managing external agencies, freelancers and marketing suppliers

* Providing regular reporting to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI

* Supporting acquisition activity, brand integration and wider business growth initiatives
