Group Marketing Manager- Skoda Leeds

We are looking for a dynamic and market-aware Group
Marketing Manager to join our thriving team at D M Keith.

About the role

As Group Marketing manager your responsibilities will
include, but not be limited to:

· Developing and executing marketing strategies, aligning
with both Company and Brand expectations, ensuring consistency and demographic
awareness.

· You will also be fundamental in supporting the Marketing
team in rolling out any new marketing initiatives- inspiring new ideas within
the team and seeing these through to fruition.

· Overseeing all marketing campaigns, including email and
social media marketing- assessing successes and areas for development.

· Tracking, analysing and relaying key marketing trends,
presenting these for discussion at Board level and using analytics to support
our marketing strategy in the future

· Organising and advertising marketing events and community
focused initiatives

· Managing our marketing budget, focusing on ROI- using data
to inform decisions

· Driving digital transformation and optimising D M Keith’s
position from a marketing perspective.

· Managing the marketing team- supporting their personal and
professional development; conducting 1 to 1’s and regular check in’s to
strengthen our teams abilities and overseeing the work produced for final
approval..

About you

· The selected candidate will ideally have 3+ years in the
marketing industry at a Senior level, experience within the Automotive or
Retail sector would be beneficial but not essential for this role.

· An in-depth knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
will be necessary, as our chosen candidate will hit the ground running.

· You’ll be tenacious, forward thinking and not afraid to
switch things up.

· You’ll be commercially minded, and have a depth of
understanding on how to tailor market trends to the D M Keith demographic.

· You’ll be a natural leader, guiding your marketing
team—including an apprentice—by nurturing their skills and inspiring fresh,
innovative concepts.

· You’ll be adaptable and fit for purpose- demonstrating a
clear ability to juggle multiple Brand expectations and requirements day to
day.
