?? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, HR and finance
• Develop and implement the group’s Target Operating Model across all locations
• Drive operational excellence with a focus on client experience, performance, and scalability
• Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, audit, and FCA submissions
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, financial oversight and risk management
• Embed a high-performance culture focused on client service, innovation, and accountability
• Lead firm-wide change initiatives and technology integrations
• Champion data, MI and business intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making
• Ensure policies, systems and people strategy support sustainable long-term growth

? Your Background

We’re looking for a Group Operations Director who brings:

• Senior leadership experience in a regulated financial planning or wealth management firm
• Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites
• Deep understanding of FCA regulations, risk management and operational governance
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Track record of delivering major change and transformation projects
• Passion for client service and operational excellence
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive efficiency and profitability
• Experience in scaling businesses and managing through growth or acquisition phases
