A market leading heavy engineering specialist are seeking a Group Operations Manager to oversee their UK operations and play a key role in their continued growth & expansion.

An ideal applicant will have experience leading multi-site operations within a heavy engineering environment such as recycling, aggregates, quarrying, waste management, foundry, EfW or similar. You will be a proven and influential leader with a track record of developing teams, driving continuous improvements and implementing consistent standards across sites.

As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll lead the development of Site Managers, drive best practice and play a fundamental role in shaping the strategy of the business.

Position:

*Group Operations Manager
*£100,000 - £110,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
*Oversee, lead and develop multisite operations across the UK
*Drive improvements across operations and help bring new sites online
*Predominantly North West based with UK-side travel expected

Person:

*Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager or similar
*Experience managing multi-site operations
*Heavy Engineering background (Recycling, Aggregates, Foundry, EfW etc.)
*Proven and influential people leader
*Looking for an autonomous role with further progression opportunities.
