We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and wants to become a genuine extension of our leadership team.
At Indevor Group, we're building something special. As one of the UK's leading providers of specialist services to the housebuilding, development and infrastructure sectors, we're experiencing significant growth and are looking for someone who can help our Board operate at the highest level.
Working directly with our CEO and Board of Directors, you'll be trusted with the coordination of key business priorities, executive planning, governance and strategic initiatives. You'll protect the Board's time, keep projects moving, anticipate challenges before they arise and become an integral part of how the business operates.
This is an opportunity to work alongside senior decision-makers, gain exposure to high-level commercial decisions and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of an award-winning organisation.
What you'll be doing

Managing the diaries, priorities and commitments of the CEO and Board.
*
Coordinating Board, Executive Leadership and Senior Management meetings.
*
Preparing agendas, board packs and executive documentation.
*
Taking accurate minutes and ensuring actions are delivered.
*
Acting as the central point of communication across the senior leadership team.
*
Coordinating travel, events and executive engagements.
*
Supporting governance, reporting and strategic business initiatives.
*
Continuously improving systems, organisation and business processes.
*
Becoming a trusted confidant to senior leaders while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
About you
We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, loves organisation and enjoys making things happen.
You'll probably already be working as an:

Group PA

Personal Assistant to CEO

Board Assistant
You'll also bring:

Experience supporting Directors or C-Suite executives.
*
Outstanding organisational and diary management skills.
*
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
*
Strong commercial awareness.
*
The confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
*
Excellent attention to detail.
*
A proactive mindset and the ability to think several steps ahead.
*
Absolute discretion and professionalism.
