Group Payroll Manager

Job Description:

• Reporting into the Head of Payroll managing a staff of 5
• Overseeing the payroll administration for over 3000 employees
• Ensure that the payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Management of multi company payroll
• Dealing with the complex payroll queries that may arise and escalating them within the business where required
• Suggesting improvements and streamlining processes where required
• Dealing with National Minimum Wage
• Experience of processing of holidays

Successful candidate:

• Will have worked in a similar role before
• Attention to detail
• Previous management experience
• Excellent communication skills
