Job Description - Group Pensions Consultant

This Group Pensions Consultant job is available within an established IFA firm who have numerous corporate clients.

As Group Pensions Consultant, you will be advising their corporate clients on group schemes such as, group pensions, income protection, life assurance. This will include undertaking some workshops and presentations for employees.

In addition, you should look to identify individual advice needs, through offering bespoke support, particularly to their senior management / business owners who typically have complex advice needs.

Our client’s heritage is as a Chartered IFA firm, specialising in the HNW sector, therefore frequently advise business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals. Thus providing excellent access to key decision makers and unlocking the door for you to numerous corporate clients.

Group Pensions Consultant Requirements

  • Proven experience in advising on Group Risk, Pension and Healthcare schemes
  • You should hold full Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • You should have desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style

Group Pensions Consultant Benefits

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Plus company benefits available immediately include group life cover, group income protection
  • Upon completion of probation, private medical insurance, health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension with employer contribution of up to 5% of your salary provided this is matched by you
  • Mainly office based role with need to travel to see clients where appropriate
  • 25 days annual leave (rising up to 30 days) plus bank holiday, plus 1 day’s birthday leave and 1 day for charity / community work each year
