We're looking for a Group Quality Manager to lead and evolve the Quality Management Systems across multiple manufacturing businesses operating in highly regulated, safety-critical environments. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, modernise processes and champion continuous improvement across the Group.
The role will be based in Redhill, Surrey (with travel to other sites in Crawley, South Wales and occasional UK/international travel)
Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, you'll take ownership of the Group Quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards while leading the digital transformation of quality systems and processes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Production and Commercial teams to drive performance, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve the Group Quality Management System. Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Module D and other regulatory requirements. Manage internal and external audits, certification activities and management reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and implement quality strategies, policies and operational roadmaps. Lead digitalisation projects including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps and automation tools. Manage supplier quality performance and customer quality investigations. Analyse quality data, KPIs and trends to support informed business decisions. Coach, mentor and develop Quality teams across the Group.
Essential:
Senior-level Quality Management experience within manufacturing. Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and Quality Management Systems expertise. Experience managing audits, certifications and regulatory compliance such as Module D. Demonstrable success delivering business transformation and continuous improvement projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills with experience using Power BI and digital business systems. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Desirable:
Lead Auditor qualification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent. Experience within PPE, defence, technical textiles, emergency services or safety-critical manufacturing. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, Module C and regulated quality environments. Experience working with international suppliers and contract manufacturers.
