Group Reporting Manager

I’m partnering with a growing, well-backed business to find a talented Group Reporting Manager to take the reins on group consolidations, IFRS 16 reporting, and much more.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys the technical side of finance but also wants to get involved in the wider commercial picture.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading monthly group consolidations across multiple entities
Managing IFRS 16 accounting and reporting requirements
Coaching and developing one direct report
Preparing accurate and timely group financial statements
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and liaising with FP&A
Working closely with the CFO on board packs and strategic insights
Supporting the external audit and statutory accounts process
Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve reporting systems

Desirable:

Experience in a Private Equity backed environment
Strong systems knowledge (ERP/reporting tools)
Comfortable working in a business going through growth
