The Group Reporting Manager position is a senior leadership role covering the group external and internal financial reporting, internal control improvement and managing the external audit relationship, whilst advising on complex accounting issues.

The Job
As the Group Reporting Manager, you will be integral to the technical finance function of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Manage and develop a team of finance professionals overseeing financial reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the board, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Maintain and enhance relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth and efficient audit processes.
Implement and advocate for best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements:
Qualified technical accountant, ACA or ACCA.
Proven experience in a senior reporting role.
Strong technical accounting skills with a thorough understanding of financial reporting standards.
Experience in managing and developing a finance team.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to challenge processes and practices and deliver change.

In Return:
£80,000 - £90,000 salary
