As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead our customer engagement and sales operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery while driving commercial performance.

The Role

The Sales & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the sales and customer service teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

You will play a key role in developing team performance, enhancing customer journeys, and supporting business objectives through strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and company targets.

* Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, coaching, and customer engagement strategies.

* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all customer touchpoints.

* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and service quality.

* Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

* Analyse sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.

* Prepare regular performance reports.
