BIM Manager / Senior Architectural Technologist

The role function is to support the company’s design and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

Helping to manage the transition from Autocad to Revit.
Coordinating data flow
preparing construction plans and technical details using CAD/Revit software.
Developing specifications and assisting with housing standards and regulatory approvals.
Producing working drawings.
Managing building regulation applications
Resolving technical queries to ensure site developments run smoothly.
Salary Expectations:

Typically ranges between £50,000 to £52,000 per year, depending on experience.
Company Car (EV/ Hybrid or Petrol or Car Allowance.
Fuel Card
7:30am – 4pm
Hybrid work (3 days in the office)
Private medical insurance
