Location: Reading (with regular travel across UK & Europe) and regular meetings in London
Our client is a successful international organisation with over 1,000 employees across the UK and Europe. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Group Transformation Manager to work directly with the CEO and CFO, delivering strategic initiatives that drive commercial performance, operational excellence and EBITDA growth.

This is not a traditional PMO or governance role and you will not have direct reports initially. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, personally leading critical business projects from concept through to implementation and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.
We would love to hear from candidates from management consultancy, PE Portfolio companies or corporate strategy and any experience in the medical/healthcare is a welcome bonus.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring the organisation's highest-priority initiatives are successfully delivered across the Group.
You'll be responsible for:
Translating strategic priorities into practical, deliverable workstreams. Personally leading complex transformation and strategic projects. Driving operational improvements, cost optimisation and commercial growth initiatives. Building and coordinating cross-functional project teams across multiple countries. Developing KPI frameworks and performance reporting to track delivery. Preparing executive-level presentations, business cases and analysis. Leading monthly business reviews and supporting Board reporting. Working closely with senior leaders across the UK and Europe to ensure alignment and accountability. Identifying risks, removing barriers and maintaining momentum across key initiatives.As Group Transformation Manager you will have:
8+ years experience of delivering complex, cross-functional transformation projects. Experience working with senior executives and influencing without formal authority. Excellent commercial awareness and strong financial understanding. The confidence to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions. Outstanding analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. Able to demonstrates intellectual curiosity. Experience operating across multiple European markets would be advantageous.
