Job Description - Groups And Meetings Sales Executive

Hours: 40 hours per week


Salary: £28,142


Location:  Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in our Leicester Office) 



Atlas Hotels is hiring a Groups and Meetings Sales Executive!

What you’ll be doing:





    • Provide first point of contact for the responding to all groups and meeting enquiries via telephone and email

    • Providing on-going customer relationship support

    • Action and manage daily tasks

    • Be aware of departmental targets and contribute to the success of the team, rewarded via Incentives

    • To provide hotel teams with all necessary information to ensure the customer has a great experience



    We think you'll thrive if you have:




    • Strong communication skills both written and spoken English

    • Previous background in hotel operations or reservations a benefit but not essential

    • Previous Customer service experience beneficial but not essential

    • Team player, hands on attitude, able to use own initiative to solve problems, organised and efficient

    • Have a great telephone manner

    • Computer literate

    • Good attention to detail

    • High level of motivation, determination and commitment

    • Eligible to work in the UK
