Job Description:
As the Founding Growth Lead at Sugar, you will own the entire acquisition funnel for a "hidden money agent" that recovers 20% of customer income. You'll report directly to the founder, taking over a £300/day Meta spend to crack sustainable unit economics and scale a product already saving users £5,500 annually.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end Meta ad campaigns, including creative development, audience testing, and aggressive budget optimization across UK and NZ markets.

• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and multi-channel lead nurturing sequences via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

• Conduct sales discovery calls to close customers, while iterating on messaging to improve lead quality and reduce CAC.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record managing £15k+ monthly Meta spend with a deep understanding of full-funnel conversion and attribution.

• Exceptional "scrappy" execution skills, comfortable handling sales objections and closing deals manually before automating processes.

• Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in extreme ambiguity and a desire to out-work the competition.
