Job Summary

As a Growth Lead based in Edinburgh, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Content, and Leadership to define and execute data-driven growth strategies. You'll be a key player in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s trajectory as we scale.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends strategy with execution. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end growth initiatives — from designing and launching experiments to analyzing results and scaling what works. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ideas and actions directly influence business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and execute growth strategies across multiple marketing channels.

• Design, run, and analyze experiments to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Collaborate with product, content, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Identify growth bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions based on data and market insights.

• Develop high-impact campaigns with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Act as an owner — take initiative, make informed decisions, and drive projects from concept to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top-tier university.

• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or investment banking.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; familiarity with growth analytics tools is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with minimal oversight.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unconventional but effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to build and scale a high-impact business.
