As a customer centric business listening to customer insights on how we could improve and simplify the online tyre buying experience, and due to the increased importance of product reviews to reassure online eCommerce purchases – we created a new global platform specialising in consumer product reviews for tyres - which we launched in 2021, called DriverReviews.

DriverReviews has quickly grown to become Europe’s largest verified tyre reviews platform - syndicating more than 400,000 tyre reviews from genuine, verified motorists. DriverReviews’ aim is to be the most globally recognised and trusted tyre reviews platform and is currently seeking to appoint a Growth Manager to support the business in this next phase of exciting growth plans.

Role Profile:
Joining DriverReviews as a Growth Manager means stepping into a pivotal role that drives not only the success and satisfaction of our valued partners but also the continuous growth and enhancement of our DriverReviews platform. You will be a key player in driving the growth and adoption of our platform, supporting the team to present our services to prospective clients and working closely with existing partners to maximise the value they derive from DriverReviews. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in developing digital software solutions, excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial & customer-centric mindset, and a passion for developing successful, high-performing teams.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Acquisition and Growth:
Work closely with the Director of Operations to present the DriverReviews solutions to new potential clients.
Research and identify new potential clients to enable expansion of the DriverReviews service into new international markets.
Actively collect partner feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements for the platform.

Partner Engagement and Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key partners, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and aligning them with DriverReviews' vision.
Work hand-in-hand with the analytics team to compile and present comprehensive monthly partner reports, spotlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.
Utilise tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to dissect data and craft visually compelling presentations tailored to partners' needs.
Lead the charge on integrating and deploying DriverReviews widgets and APIs across partner websites, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
Offer technical expertise and support throughout the integration process, troubleshooting challenges and liaising with the technical team as necessary.
Serve as the primary liaison for partners, delivering ongoing support and guidance to enrich their experience with the platform.

Platform Development:
Be the key driver to research, identify and integrate innovative features and functionalities into the DriverReviews platform.
Lead the team to continually improve the capability of the DriverReviews platform to be best in class.
Actively solicit feedback from partners on their experiences with the platform, leveraging this input to identify areas for improvement.
Manage the development queue for the platform, taking the lead on the prioritisation of tasks.

Key Personnel Criteria:

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of growth management experience in software/digital roles, ideally within the tech or automotive sector.
A unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Strong presentation skills and evidence of selling service solutions to new clients.
Strong grasp of product management in the software industry.
Experience of managing and developing high performing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience of agile/lean product management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for customer success and satisfaction, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding partner expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and technical teams.

What we will offer:
Salary: £40-50k
Hours: Normal hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break
Location: Edinburgh
Holiday entitlement of 30 days including public holidays (including your birthday)
Colleague discretionary bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary dependent on hitting targets
Pension – employer contributions of 5%
