Growth Marketing Manager | B2B Paid Media | $90,000 AUD plus lucrative commission structure | Sydney – walking distance from Central Station

This is one of those roles that doesn’t come around often.

Forward Role are working with a rapidly scaling, people-first business (part of a global group with $700m+ turnover) that’s expanding into new international markets—including a major growth push across Australia. They’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with serious paid media experience to lead the charge on B2B lead generation at a pivotal time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads
• Own and optimise lead generation campaigns focused on high-value B2B funnels
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and goals
• Use data to guide campaign decisions and continually optimise for ROI and CPL
• Opportunity to widen out your digital skillset and get involved in SEO strategy and coordinate wider digital activity, if you wanted to!

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in B2B paid media
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI
• Hands-on with Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Microsoft Ads; programmatic is a bonus
• Sharp with data—comfortable using tools like GA and LinkedIn Analytics
• Someone who’s commercially switched-on, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments
