Growth Marketing Manager

We're working with an excellent tech company looking for an exceptional marketer to boost awareness and comprehension of their products' value. We're in search of an experienced marketer—a self-starter, problem solver, and diligent executor eager to join the marketing team in an exciting time of growth.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup-like environment. We are excited to leverage the launch of our recent Cloud (SaaS) offering to drive our presence in new enterprise markets.

What you’ll do
● Develop and implement marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and product positioning.
● Work closely with sales and product teams to create compelling content.
● Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns (e.g. feature launches) to drive awareness, education, and generate leads.
● Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
● Nurture and expand our community, engaging with users to foster loyalty and enhance brand advocacy, while continuously identifying opportunities to grow our network.
● Analyse marketing data to report on performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise future marketing efforts.
● Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and how our products can deliver value to them and their organisations.

Essential skills
● B2B marketing, particularly within the technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors.
● Experience executing demand generation campaigns, generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales to drive conversions.
● Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms – including CRM and analytics software – and use these to effectively manage and track marketing campaigns.

● You have a passion for all things tech. You might have worked in web security before or in another software development environment, and thrive on the challenge that this space brings.
