Treatwell, Europe’s leading online marketplace for beauty bookings, is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This high-impact role demands hands-on expertise in executing and optimising cutting-edge paid search and paid social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, value modelling, and AI-driven strategies. This role provides the opportunity to drive significant growth through innovative marketing approaches while having ownership over a specific growth area and working agilely on high-impact projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Advanced Campaign Management: Executing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), using your technical expertise and analytical insights.
• Drive Growth: Identifying and seizing growth opportunities for both B2C and B2B markets. Leading high-impact projects like B2B acquisition automation using AI, and working agilely on the actions that have the highest potential for growth.
• Data Analytics and Insights: Utilising tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and GA4 for comprehensive performance tracking and data modelling.
• Technical Expertise: Leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance strategies.
• Creative Collaboration: Working with creative teams to optimising campaign creatives using technical tools for content experimentation and automation.
• Operational and Analytical Excellence: Managing campaign operations from start to finish, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Innovative Strategy Implementation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices and competitive insights into Treatwell's approach.
• Mentorship of Colleagues: Mentoring a Growth Marketing Executive, providing direction, development and knowledge-sharing. You may have management responsibilities in the future.

About you:

• At least 5 years’ proven experience in performance marketing with strong technical, analytical, and data tracking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and (preferably) experience with paid social media platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker.
• Exceptional project management skills, managing multiple campaigns across international markets.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with creative teams and martech specialists.
• A growth mindset with a passion for execution, results, and continuous learning.
