Growth Marketing Manager - Education

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, in tjhe office 1-2 days/week)
Salary: Up to £55,00
Contract: Permanent

We're recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts within the education sector. This role involves targeting teachers and education professionals with performance-led campaigns across digital channels.

This is a digital-heavy role within a collaborative growth team, where you'll work across product, sales, creative and brand teams to execute and optimise campaigns that deliver strong commercial returns.

You'll need:

• Experience across paid media, SEO, CRM and email

• A test-and-learn mindset and strong analytical skills

• Ability to create high-performing lead funnels

• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with multiple stakeholders

Sector-specific knowledge is advantageous
