Growth Marketing Manager - Medical

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, office based 1-2 days/week)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Contract: Permanent

A well-known mutual is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to focus on marketing to medical professionals including GPs and hospital doctors.

This is a highly digital role, suited to someone with strong experience in paid media, email marketing, SEO and campaign optimisation. You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing strategies that drive quality leads and revenue.

Key areas of focus:

• Digital-first acquisition campaigns

• Audience segmentation and data targeting

• Continuous testing and optimisation

• Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

Experience marketing to niche professional audiences is ideal but not essential.
