Guest Experience Advisor

Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting there leading and luxury client who are looking for an experienced customer service and sales representatives to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Day To Day:

• Dealing with incoming enquiries/reservation calls
• Processing bookings, scheduling treatments and sending out correspondences
• Working effectively within quality standards and with accuracy
• Maintaining excellent customer service.
• Cross selling and upselling on packages to each guest
• Providing a 5* Customer Service at all times

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous customer service and sales experience is essential
• Experience within leisure or the travel industry within sales is desirable but not essential
• A can do and positive attitude
• Team player but also able to manage workload and targets independently
• Driven and hard working
• Confident on the phone and able to build relationships with customers

Full Time: Monday - Friday and occasional weekends

Salary - £25,000 -£26,350 per annum + a great commission and bonus scheme!
