The Role

As a Guest Experience Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, delivering exceptional service across guest reception, dining experiences, wellness facilities, retreats, and special events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and creating memorable first impressions


• Delivering professional front-of-house and hospitality service


• Managing bookings, enquiries, and guest requests


• Supporting spa, wellness, and retreat experiences


• Assisting with events, private functions, and special occasions


• Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the venue


• Acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the retreat and its facilities

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous hospitality, guest services, reception, or front-of-house experience


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills


• A warm, professional, and approachable manner


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment


• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
